What You'll Do
- Lead all daily kitchen operations with a focus on food quality, safety, and consistency
- Coach, train, schedule, and develop Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers
- Lead by example by working alongside your team during service
- Maintain food, labor, and operating costs while achieving financial goals
- Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and product rotation
- Ensure recipe execution, portion control, presentation, and ticket times
- Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and health department standards
- Build a positive, accountable culture centered around teamwork and growth
- 2 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for scratch cooking, quality, and guest satisfaction
- Experience managing labor, food costs, inventory, and scheduling
- Ability to recruit, train, mentor, and retain top talent
- Hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump on the line
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
