Pay: $22.00/hour

Summary:
The Arena Operations Dispatcher serves as a representative for small, medium, and large events in the Deer District. This position demonstrates integrity and serves as a model representative for the Arena Operations Department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls via radio transmission and phone lines, requiring quick independent action.
- Connect with other departments through the use of radio transmissions and phone lines.
- Process requests through ISS 24/7 system. Assign, update and closeout work as performed as well as ensure requests are addressed within a timely manner.
- Assist the Arena Operations Department with oversight of event in the Control Center.
Qualifications:
- Must be self-motivated and have excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work event nights, weekends and holidays as required.
- Basic data processing and Microsoft Office skills required.
- Basic knowledge of a two-way radio
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time and handle stressful situation for short periods of time.
- Experience in 24/7 system or similar program is required.
