Summary:
The Digital Marketing Intern will work to complete and improve Email Marketing, CRM, Lead Generation, and other various projects.
This individual will work in support of the Digital Marketing team to accomplish departmental goals and improve general database and email marketing practices. Along with, facilitate and report on marketing data. In addition, this person will coordinate with other departments to help achieve organizational goals.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Distribution for all Digital lead generation campaigns
- Use and update CRM, Ticket system, Marketing Automation system and Data Warehouse for data segmentation
- Oversee off-site data collection efforts
- Provide detailing reporting for digital revenue, web traffic, Digital & CRM campaign analysis
- Build web forms with Email Automation Tools & web tools to generate leads and orders for Groups, Season Ticket Sales, Retention as well as contest and sweepstakes
- Assist Email Marketing team in creating and updating marketing campaigns and automation programs
- Work with Ticket Sales to create and deliver email communication to ticket holders
- Provide reporting on data collection through using CRM & Email Marketing Platform
- Produce marketing reports based on direction from Digital team
- Assist with creating ticket offers for Bucks and Fiserv Forum events
Qualification Requirements:
- Pursing a degree in business/sales/marketing/sports management or similar concentration.
- Proficient with Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, staff and clients
- Dedicated, self-motivated, with high energy and a positive attitude
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and ticketing platforms is a plus
- Database knowledge: building queries, exporting data, SQL knowledge is a plus
- Polished communication skills, with an ability to resolve situations quickly and confidently
