Job Description
Performance Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Set up and configure new equipment, including computers with varied form factors and operating systems; tablets, printers,
- Repair district information technology equipment on a timely basis.
- Working through complex technical challenges.
- Install and troubleshoot client software and operating systems, including building client images.
- Assist with supporting network devices as needed.
- Use Active Directory for user modifications.
- Routine maintenance of projectors and printers.
- Meet with the Technology Supervisor on a regular basis to coordinate district needs.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and escalate support tickets.
- Work with outside vendors to coordinate repairs.
- Participate in cross-training / “three deep” knowledge sharing.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Technology Supervisor.

Job Requirements
- Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in an Information Technology-related field (Bachelor’s preferred) or 3 years of relevant experience.CompTIA/A /Network Certification, or the ability to obtain certification within a 1-year period. 2-5 years of experience in technology support. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and transport equipment throughout the District. Able to work independently, self-tasking and prioritizing according to procedures. Familiarity with: Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, and Google Workspace, MDT or other imaging products such as Ghost, antivirus, Microsoft Office, FreshService, or another ticket tracking system. Able to work with staff and the community.
