Milton Rents is looking for a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to grow the Middlesex County territory revenue through equipment sales and rentals. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on prospecting, winning new business, and closing deals.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Prospect daily and build a strong pipeline (cold calls, job sites, networking)
- Win new accounts and grow existing relationships
- Drive sales of light and heavy construction equipment
- Meet with customers daily and close deals in the field
- Own your territory and consistently exceed sales targets
Qualifications
What You Bring
- Outside sales or territory sales experience
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
- Strong closing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- High energy, self-discipline, and a “hunter” mindset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to be on the road
