Police Officer – Milton, New Hampshire Police Department
The Milton Police Department is seeking motivated and community-oriented individuals to join our team serving a town of approximately 5,000 residents in northern Strafford County. Officers provide 24/7 law enforcement services, focusing on community engagement, public safety, crime prevention, and proactive policing. We are looking to fill two vacancies.
Officers are equipped with modern resources including new cruisers with MDTs, weight-bearing outer carrier vests, and pistol-mounted optics. The department supports officer wellness with a fitness facility and progressive policies such as facial hair and visible tattoos (excluding hand, neck, and face).

Salary:
$62,400 – $73,840 depending on experience, with higher pay possible for certified officers.
Opportunities for specialized assignments include K9 operations, drone operations, SWAT, firearms instruction, control tactics instruction, driving instruction, and Taser instruction.
Applicants must complete a physical fitness test, background investigation, psychological evaluation, and medical exam including drug screening.
