We’re seeking a motivated, people-oriented Membership Coordinator who will help grow our member base, manage records, and be the primary point of contact for thousands of museum members.
The Museum of Science & Technology brings more than 130,000 guests to our home in downtown Syracuse’s Armory Square every year, and members are key to our success! This position will help sell memberships to guests, come up with campaigns, and manage the new memberships and renewals process.
The Membership Coordinator plays a pivotal role in cultivating the membership community within our organization. Bring your innovative ideas, customer service commitment, and excellent organizational skills to the MOST as you help us grow and succeed.
Work Hours: This is a part-time position, working 28 hours a week (four 7-hour days, including some weekend days).
