Job Responsibilities
As a House Parent, your primary responsibility will be to provide a safe and supportive environment for students. This includes:
- Guiding students through daily responsibilities and encouraging personal growth
- Fostering academic achievement and promoting a love of learning
- Driving students to and from activities and appointments
- Administering medication and handling medical needs
- Budgeting and managing household expenses
- Reporting student progress and concerns to school administrators
You will also be responsible for leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
