What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Development Specialist position at Milton Hershey School?
At Milton Hershey School, we're seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. These couples will reside on-campus and provide a supportive family-like environment for approximately 8-12 students.
Couples will guide and nurture their assigned students, handle responsibilities such as driving and budgeting, and ensure the students' needs are met.

The schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time while students are at school. You'll also enjoy a three-week paid summer vacation.
Qualifications include experience working with youth, being legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children in the student home.
