What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Support Specialist Couple position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for a married couple to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a Youth Development Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like setting.
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
