Responsibilities
As a residential youth caregiver, you will be responsible for providing care and guidance to students in a family-like atmosphere. This includes transportation, medication administration, emotional support, and daily devotions. You will also be responsible for budgeting, reporting, and other household responsibilities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. You must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services.
