As a flex houseparent, you will play a critical role in the lives of our students. You will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming home environment, where students can feel safe and supported. Your primary duties will include:
- Providing guidance and mentorship to students
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as homework help and meal preparation
- Maintaining a clean and organized living space
- Engaging in activities that promote socialization and teamwork
You will also be required to participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge. Requirements and Qualifications
