We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a nurturing family-like environment for our students.
As flex houseparents, you will live on campus and be responsible for guiding and mentoring a group of approximately 8-12 students.
You will provide a consistent family-like structure for our students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Initially, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
