As part of our team, you will be responsible for guiding students, managing household tasks, and ensuring the well-being of each child. You will also handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.

With a salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple, you will also receive relocation assistance and paid training, as well as a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off with a period of personal time while students are at school.
Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and a commitment to fostering a positive living and learning environment are required for this position.
Qualifications include being married for at least two years, having no more than three dependent children, and residing in a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Both spouses must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
