About the Role:
We are seeking married couples to become Flex House Parents at Milton Hershey School. As part of our team, you will provide a supportive home environment for students in need, guiding and nurturing them in various aspects of daily life.
As a Flex House Parent, you will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and guiding students in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services. You will also be responsible for creating a family-like atmosphere on campus, fostering positive relationships with students and staff.
This is a unique opportunity for couples who have been legally married for at least two years, offering a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and paid training. The position requires experience working with youth, preferably from underprivileged settings, and a commitment to integrity as you serve as role models for students.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have a valid driver's license. Ability to become certified to drive student home vans is also required.
