The Residential Youth Caregiver position at Milton Hershey School involves married couples residing in on-campus student homes to provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Reside in on-campus student homes with spouse
- Drive and administer medication as needed
- Maintain a family-like structure for the students
- Lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be a married couple who has been legally married for at least two years
- Have both spouses aged 27 or older
- Not have more than three dependent children residing in the student home
- Hold a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans
- Have a high school diploma or GED
