Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents. These couples will live on-campus with a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure. They will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
In this unique career path, Flex Houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. The ideal candidate has experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and they should have a high school diploma or GED.
