About the Job
We are seeking married couples to join our team as Houseparents. In this unique role, you will provide a family-like structure and guidance to students from underserved backgrounds. As a Houseparent, you will be responsible for managing daily responsibilities, supporting students' academic and personal growth, and fostering a positive living environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide a consistent and loving family-like structure for students
* Manage daily responsibilities, including driving and administering medication
* Support students' academic and personal growth
* Foster a positive living environment and promote healthy relationships
Requirements:
* Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
* Married couple with at least two years of marriage
* Both spouses should be age 27 or older
* High school diploma or GED required
Benefits:
* Competitive salary: $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
