We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students.
As a Family Support Specialist - Milton Hershey School, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handle responsibilities such as driving and administering medication, and work closely with your spouse to create a positive living environment. You will also participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
