You will be responsible for creating a stable and loving home environment, guiding our students in their education, and ensuring their overall well-being. Your Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include providing daily care and guidance to a group of 8-12 students, overseeing their academic progress, and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. You will also be expected to lead daily devotions and take our students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Additionally, you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and you should have a high school diploma or GED. You will also need to be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Additionally, you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
