What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Environment Providers position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is committed to supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds in achieving academic success. As a houseparent couple, you will play a critical role in providing a nurturing environment for students, helping them develop important life skills and build positive relationships. Your responsibilities will include daily supervision, transportation, budgeting, and reporting. You will also lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Qualifications
We are looking for couples with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old and comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services. You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. Additionally, both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
