Flex Houseparent Opportunity
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a supportive environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
In this unique role, you will live and work on campus, leading students in daily activities and managing household responsibilities. You will also have the opportunity to participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Benefits and Compensation
A total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple includes:
- $43,825 per person salary
