Role Summary
This role involves married couples living on-campus as flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing students in a family-like environment. Flex houseparents provide a consistent family structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and maintaining a daily routine. The role requires experience working with youth, a valid driver's license, and ability to become certified to drive student home vans. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
