Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Math Teacher to join our team and inspire a love of mathematics in students. This role focuses on teaching grades 3–5 using the Beast Academy curriculum, a program designed by Art of Problem Solving to challenge and engage young learners through problem-solving, critical thinking, and interactive learning.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Inspire a love of math in students through dynamic and engaging instruction.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons using Beast Academy materials and other resources that promote active, student-centered learning.
- Utilize diverse teaching methods, including discussions, group activities, and occasional lectures.
- Support individual student growth by encouraging perseverance and creative problem-solving.
- Collaborate with math department colleagues on curriculum development and course planning.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and foster a positive classroom environment.
- Demonstrate organization, dependability, patience, and creativity in all aspects of teaching.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; prior experience teaching Art of Problem Solving or similar programs preferred.
- Strong ability to communicate, motivate, and understand students’ educational and emotional needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleagues, support staff, parents, and the broader school community.
