At Milton Rents, we pride ourselves on being a leader in the heavy equipment rental industry. We're looking for a skilled Yard Technician/Coordinator who is passionate and eager to make a difference. If you have a knack for maintaining a clean, safe yard and shop, inspecting equipment, managing check ins/out, and performing minor repairs on equipment, we want you on our team!
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.

Supportive and collaborative work environment
- Report equipment condition before/after use.
- Assist with inspections, repairs, maintenance, and cleaning.
- Load/unload and refuel equipment.
- Deliver/pick up small equipment or supplies.
- Document check-in/out details and verify fuel consumption.
- Assist Inside Sales with rental-ready equipment.
- Greet and assist customers and delivery drivers.
- Maintain equipment inventory systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Customer Service: Outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to embrace new technology (cell phones, iPads, CRM, etc.).
- Eager to Learn: A hunger for knowledge and the ability to apply new skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid medical card or ability to pass DOT physical exam.
- General knowledge of construction equipment.
- Valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 75 lbs.
- Sit/stand for long periods with frequent bending.
- Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
