In this role, you will diagnose, repair, recondition, overhaul, and maintain customer and company heavy equipment and components.

- Remove, disassemble, assemble, and install components and parts.
- Identify problems and causes of failure through logical troubleshooting steps.
- Clean, repair, recondition, and maintain equipment and components.
- Prepare, inspect, and operate machines prior to delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in tooling, technologies, and systems.
- Prepare accurate inspections and complete service reports.
- Adhere to all established safety protocols and standards, utilizing appropriate PPE.
- Be flexible to work after hours when needed to meet customer needs.
- Requires a certificate or associates degree in diesel technology or two years direct work experience.
- Must be proficient in transmission, engines, hydraulics and electrical.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in the use of a computer.
- The ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.
- The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced service environment with minimal supervision.
- A tool inventory sufficient to perform assigned tasks.
- The ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
