Summary Of Position
The Development Coordinator/Assistant to Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) will provide crucial administrative and program support for Milton Academy’s advancement initiatives, with a concentration in major/principal gifts and stewardship, that are central to driving the school’s strategic vision. The coordinator will play a key role in supporting the CAO in all areas related to leading a mid-sized team of development and alumni relations professionals, and will also collaborate closely with colleagues to execute ongoing and special projects including but not limited to support for major/principal donor cultivation, proposals, stewardship, and other communications, Trustee and leadership volunteer pipeline development, and campaign preparation initiatives.
