This individual will be a part of our materials and purchasing team with the main focus of manufacturing order fulfillment and maintaining inventory and cycle counts.
SUMMARY: Responsible for organizing, and distributing parts, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring manufacturing order fulfillment. This role requires close coordination with Materials, Manufacturing, and Shipping/Receiving team to support continuous production flow and minimize downtime. In addition, this position is responsible for returning surplus inventory to stock, along with associated inventory reconciliation.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Pick, pull, and stage parts for our manufacturing team throughout the day
- Update production schedule after parts have been staged
- Maintain an organized and efficient parts storage area
- Work with manufacturing to establish staging area for materials
- Work closely with our manufacturing team to ensure parts are available when production is ready to begin
- Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts
- Maintain accurate inventory locations and record inventory movement in business system
- Communicate clearly with service, manufacturing, materials teammates
- Keep the workspace clean, safe, and well-organized
- Other duties as assigned
- 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or industrial manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience handling parts, materials, or production components in a manufacturing setting
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and use of inventory or ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately track part numbers and inventory counts
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, labels, and production documentation
- Ability to safely operate, or willingness to learn, material handling equipment (e.g., forklift)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with production, materials, and manufacturing teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment with changing priorities
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety protocols
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Experience in complex manufacturing environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- forklift certification preferred

- Plan C – Tuesday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch OR 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 30-minute lunch (40 hours) – Monday off
