This role will be responsible for building maintenance and front-line response and desk requests. Prior experience using BuildingLink is required. Job Specific Responsibilities and Duties:Interact with residents and guests in a professional and pleasant mannerRemove trash/recyclables and prepare units for occupancySweep floors and vacuumProfessionally answer calls, take messagesReceives all mail and packages and ensures proper distributionLiaise with building management and staff to respond to emergenciesMonitors scheduled move-in/move-out processesBasic Responsibilities:Respond to incoming calls and in-person requests.Comply with company policies, practices and procedures.Represent company as a professional in appearance and manner.Communicate written and oral communication at the highest level of professionalism and integrity.Perform quality and quantity duties as expected for position.Complete company required training courses as assigned.Qualifications:3 years residential building experience preferredExperience using BuildingLinkExceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to prioritize and work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environmentExtreme attention to detail and follow up tasksAbility to multi-task and be a team playerProactive, outgoing, energetic, efficientStrong writing skills and pleasant telephone demeanorJob Specific Requirements:Execute tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.Perform responsibilities with honesty and integrity.Able to read and observe surroundings.Able to physically perform duties at the speed, mobility and force necessary.Maintain a professional level of stress tolerance.Possess ability to adapt to changing environment.
