Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Residential Window Installation Helper to join our team. This is an entry-level position—no prior experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lead installers with residential window installations and replacements
- Load, unload, and transport windows, tools, and materials to job sites
- Prepare work areas by removing old windows and cleaning surfaces
- Support installation by holding, positioning, and securing materials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Perform other general labor tasks as needed
Requirements:
- No experience required—training provided
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Punctual and dependable
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic hand tool familiarity is a plus, but not required
