What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Litigation Attorney position at Milshar, LLC?
We are seeking a mid-level / senior-level associate to work out of our Houston office.
The mid-level / senior-level candidate will have 3 - 8 years (classes 2017 - 2022) of strong complex commercial litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions, researching, drafting pleadings, managing e-discovery, and handling large-scale document productions. Experience with civil / criminal antitrust, class action, product liability, securities, environmental, corporate governance litigation, or internal investigations is helpful but not required. Judicial clerkship is a plus. U.S. Federal Court experience is required.
Superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required. Texas State Bar is required.
All candidates must have a GPA of 3.0 and graduated from one of the top 50 U.S. law schools. Candidates must have worked for a well-known law firm unless noted otherwise in the job description .
We require candidates to have a cover letter, resume, transcript, and writing sample / deal sheet / representative matters list.
