In this role, you’ll support Project Managers in delivering seamless permitting solutions across a variety of commercial construction projects. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track, communicating with municipal agencies, and maintaining momentum from start to finish.What You’ll DoAssist in the preparation and submission of permit packagesPerform due diligence, create permit checklists, and update project tracking toolsAct as a liaison with city departments and monitor project statusesMaintain documentation including meeting minutes and permit logsSupport project progress through scheduling, quality control, and follow-upsServe as backup to Project Managers when neededWhat You’ll BringRequired:Minimum 1 year of experience in construction administration or project coordinationDegree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Familiarity with permit submittals, building/zoning codes, and reading construction drawingsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skillsPreferred:Experience working with municipal agencies and permitting portalsKnowledge of NorCal jurisdictional processesWork Environment & ScheduleThis position is based in San Ramon, CA, and is hybrid.Standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime.Minimal travel required.Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $58,000 – $65,000 annually, based on knowledge, skills, and experience.Comprehensive health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurancePre- and post-tax commuter benefitsMonthly phone stipendPaid time off: vacation, sick, personal, and birthday PTOCareer development opportunitiesMilrose Consultants, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
