We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Support talent management initiatives, including performance management and employee evaluations.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data entry and ensure the integrity of employee records.
- Assist with employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits administration.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Manage employee relations issues by providing guidance on conflict management and workplace policies.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, affirmative action planning, and other employment laws.
- Collaborate on strategic planning initiatives related to human capital management and organization design.
- Assist in change management processes to support organizational effectiveness.
- Manage seasonal H-2B temporary visa program.
- Organize and support company events and monthly celebrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles with a focus on HR functions.
- Familiarity with employment & labor law, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce management practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, Oracle HCM, Inova or similar platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of performance management systems and training & development methodologies.
- Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to HR metrics.
- Familiarity with ATS systems like iCIMS or Taleo is a plus.
