Part-Time Commercial Cleaner
Milone Commercial Cleaning is a growing, locally owned commercial cleaning company serving South Florida. I’m looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join the team part time and help me provide the level of service I expect for my clients.
This position will start at approximately 4–10 hours per week, primarily evenings and weekends, with the opportunity for additional hours as we continue to grow.
I’m looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the little things, and can be trusted to show up when they say they will. Experience is great, but reliability, work ethic, and attention to detail are just as important to me.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning offices and other commercial properties Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Dusting and wiping down surfaces Emptying trash and replacing liners Cleaning glass and high touch areas Using cleaning products and equipment properly Making sure each property is left clean and ready for the client Communicating any issues or concerns noticed while on site
What I’m Looking For
- Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Able to work independently once trained Comfortable working evenings and weekends Reliable transportation and ability to travel to different client locations Able to perform the physical requirements of cleaning, including being on your feet, bending, lifting and carrying supplies Commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but I’m willing to train the right person
Pay: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experienceHours: Approximately 4–10 hours per week to start, with room to growSchedule: Primarily evenings and weekendsLocation: Travel to client locations throughout Broward County and surrounding areas
