Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, processing orders, promoting food products, completing documentation requests, sample program coordination and driving sales growth from within the office. This is a primary point of contact for the sales team, customers and broker representatives.
Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and broker clients.
Complete all required documentation.
Process sample requests.
Manage credit requests.
Promote and upsell product lines, seasonal items and new product offerings to increase sales volume.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and purchasing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Resolve customer inquiries and product concerns promptly.
Monitor inventory availability and communicate product substitutions as necessary.
Qualifications:
Previous sales or customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong computer skills
Basic knowledge of food product operations a plus
Associates Degree

Pay: $74,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
