Position Overview
We are looking for another core member of our team - someone who wants to be part of something special and grow with us long term. This is not just a sales associate role; it’s an opportunity to be an integral part of a collaborative, all hands on deck team.
In our shop, everyone does a bit of everything. From styling and connecting with customers to ringing at the register, processing and organizing new inventory, and supporting daily operations, we work together to keep the store running beautifully, creating an inviting, welcoming space where every detail is thoughtfully cared for.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a warm, genuine, and personalized experience for every customer
- Assist with sales and confidently operate the register
- Actively promote sales through an interest in styling, product knowledge, and genuine customer connection
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually inviting
- Support merchandising and maintain our boutique standards
- Help with inventory processing, restocking, and daily operations
- Communicate with customers in store and through email or messaging
- Use (or quickly learn) Shopify and other systems to support the business

Additional Details
- Must have already established Nantucket as your home (housing is not provided)
- Full time or part time, year round opportunities available
- Typical hours are 9:50am - 6:15pm or 9:50am - 5:15pm in the Fall/Winter
- The shop closes in the winter, offering flexibility/built in time off in February and March
