Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Coordinator role based in Oxnard, CA. The Project Coordinator will support the planning and execution of building materials orders, tracking project timelines, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams, preparing and updating project schedules, and monitoring order status to ensure materials arrive on time and in the correct quantities. The role involves communicating frequently with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and provide status updates. The Project Coordinator will also assist with preparing quotes, organizing project files, and supporting continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
Qualifications
