Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00 a.m.–4:15 p.m. | Friday 7:00 a.m.–Noon

What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Team Member, you're the heartbeat of our operation. You make sure the right materials are in the right place at exactly the right time—so our builders, craftspeople, and customers all get what they need, when they need it.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Move doors, windows, trim and other materials between storage, production, and loading areas—by hand or using forklifts.
- Receive and process shipments—verifying contents, checking accuracy, and ensuring materials stay organized.
- Scan and track components using RFN systems to maintain accurate inventory locations.
- Read work orders to determine material needs, quantities, and placement.
- Perform quality checks and resolve issues before materials move forward.
- Collaborate with your team to meet goals safely, efficiently, and with pride.
What It Takes
Experience is helpful, but attitude is everything. We’ll train the right person who brings:
- Previous forklift experience (required)
- Strong communication, focus, and accountability
- Comfort using a tape measure and basic computer/RFN scanning systems (training provided)
- Ability to multitask in a busy, hands-on environment
- Professional and team-focused mindset
Physical Requirements
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Able to work in a busy, high-traffic, open warehouse environment
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 100 lbs as needed
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
