Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. | Friday 6:00 a.m.–Noon

What You’ll Do
As a Door Finisher, you bring the final product to life. Your work directly impacts the look, feel, and quality our customers see—so attention to detail matters.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Apply stain and paint to doors, jambs, and trim using spray, brush, or roller
- Follow work orders to ensure accurate color, finish, and specifications
- Move materials between booths, benches, and carts throughout the process
- Inspect finished products for quality and correct any issues as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work with your team to meet production goals with consistency and care
What It Takes
Experience helps, but we’re willing to train the right person who brings:
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to follow directions and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication and accountability
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Previous finishing, painting, or spraying experience (a plus, not required)
Physical Requirements
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Able to work in a busy, open, and sometimes noisy production environment
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 80 lbs as needed
- Uses hands, arms, and upper body consistently throughout the day
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
