What You’ll Do

As a Door Finisher, you bring the final product to life. Your work directly impacts the look, feel, and quality our customers see—so attention to detail matters.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Apply stain and paint to doors, jambs, and trim using spray, brush, or roller
• Follow work orders to ensure accurate color, finish, and specifications
• Move materials between booths, benches, and carts throughout the process
• Inspect finished products for quality and correct any issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work with your team to meet production goals with consistency and care

What It Takes

Experience helps, but we’re willing to train the right person who brings:

• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to follow directions and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication and accountability
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Previous finishing, painting, or spraying experience (a plus, not required)

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Able to work in a busy, open, and sometimes noisy production environment
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 80 lbs as needed
• Uses hands, arms, and upper body consistently throughout the day
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
