We are seeking highly qualified commercial installers to join our team and assist in ongoing and upcoming projects. Must be detail oriented, responsible, trustworthy, dedicated and extremely hard working. Must provide pictures of tooling, previous work. ***This position is for COMMERCIAL FINISH CARPENTERS only. NO ROUGH Carpentry or FRAMING.*** Our team members need to excel in multi-tasking and must have a strong ability and desire to learn new skills, follow instructions, take initiative and lead by example. Must be a true customer service professional with our clients and take a great deal of pride in your craft. Job DescriptionInstall cabinetry, solid surface and acrylic countertops, wall paneling, and millwork components.Perform high-quality field rework when required.Lead and mentor installation crew members, ensure productivity, quality control, and adherence to safety practices.Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and clients professionally.Maintain clean job sites, including debris removal and material handling.Ensure installations meet millwork specifications, drawings, tolerances, and deadlines. Experience & Skill Requirements7–10 years of verified commercial finish carpentry experience (resume must show commercial experience).3 years of experience leading a field crew (installer lead, foreman, or crew leader).Demonstrated history of zero punch-list or near-zero punch-list project closeouts.Extensive experience installing:Commercial millworkCabinetry & caseworkSolid Surface (Corian) countersAcrylic countertopsWall panel systems & decorative architectural finishesAbility to read, interpret, and build from architectural drawings, shop drawings, blueprints, and elevations.Strong problem-solving skills in the field with minimal supervision.Excellent communication and customer service skills with clients and GC teams. Work RequirementsAbility to work independently and lead others effectively.Personal hand tools and a smartphone.Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.Must be able to work up to 10 hours per day and night shifts when required.Must attend weekly safety meetings and follow all job site safety standards.Must pass a background check and a basic drug/physical exam.Willingness to work occasional overnight shifts, weekends, and travel to job sites across California.OSHA 30 and above Certification Bonus Skills (Not Required)Plumbing experienceSolid Surface fabrication capabilitiesStone counters (granite, quartz, engineered stone)Boom Lift / Scissor Lift CertificationCPR / Frist Aid Certification Site work may require overnight, some weekends and the ability to travel to site locations within California.All candidates will be required to pass a basic drug and physical exam and background check.
