What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Glazier position at Millville Glass & Door?
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Glazier to join our team. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have hands-on experience in glass installation and service work. We are a fast-paced company and do not have the capacity to train from the ground up—this role requires someone who can step in and get to work immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replace glass in commercial and/or residential settings
- Work with storefront systems, doors, insulated glass units, and hardware
- Measure, cut, and fit glass accurately
- Troubleshoot issues in the field and provide solutions
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers on-site
Requirements (Read Carefully):
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable glazier experience REQUIRED
- Experience with storefront systems, door hardware, and glass replacement
- Ability to read measurements and work independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must have your own basic tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability

Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays
- Hours vary based on job schedule; flexibility is required.
