Warehouse Associate

A Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Use handheld devices and picking tools to locate and retrieve items, ensuring order accuracy and completeness.

• Pack items securely, label packages correctly, and handle fragile products with care to prevent damage.

• Inspect products for defects, report issues, and follow quality control procedures to maintain high standards.

• Update inventory records, communicate discrepancies, and assist with cycle counts and audits.

• Adhere to safety protocols, operate equipment responsibly, and maintain compliance with policies.

• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and contribute to achieving daily targets.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (preferred), warehouse experience, familiarity with warehouse systems, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The role involves physical activity in a warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and noise.
