Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and close deals
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Support project management efforts related to business development initiatives
- Engage in customer relationship management activities to enhance client satisfaction
- Participate in negotiations with potential clients to secure profitable contracts

Qualifications:
- Understanding of business development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and contribute innovative ideas
- Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus
