What you’ll be doing:
As a Housekeeping Attendant you will be a member of our Odessa area property management team, reporting to our Cleaning Supervisor and Community Manager. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. This includes cleaning and servicing guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, making beds, changing linens, restocking towels and amenities, and ensuring all surfaces are sanitized. You will also vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, empty trash, and handle laundry as needed. In addition, you will need to report maintenance issues or supply shortages and follow all safety and sanitation standards. Your efforts will ensure that both guest rooms and common areas are consistently, clean, organized, and inviting.
What you will need to be successful:
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends or holidays, if needed
- Strong attention to detail and attention to delivering a clean environment
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning equipment
- Good communication skills to report issues or coordinate with team members
- Positive attitude and professionalism when interacting with guests and coworkers
- Live in / ability to relocate to the Odessa, TX area

Compensation: Hourly Rate between $16-$18/Hour
