What you’ll be doing:
As a Hospitality Associate, you will be an integral part of our Odessa-area property management team, working closely with the Community Manager of your assigned community. This role supports the Community Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community, with day hours typically running from 8am-4pm. Responsibilities include assisting with leasing and rentals, unit turnovers, collections, compliance with community rules and regulations, unit inspections, and coordinating needed repairs. Success in this position requires strong communication skill and the ability to collaborate effectively with onsite maintenance and cleaning teams as well as your Community Manager.
The Hospitality Associate will also help the CM prepare reports for the corporate team regarding community financial performance. The Hospitality Associate will work to ensure a welcoming and safe community in off hours and when the CM is not present. It is expected that the Hospitality Associate will attend weekly team meetings to address site issues and community management matters.

- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to address issues with the community in “off hours” from time to time
- Live in / ability to relocate to the Odessa, TX area
- Humility and Assertiveness
- Ability to work weekends
- Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred
Job-Type: 30-40 hours per week
Compensation: $18-$20 per hour depending on experience; bonus program eligibility
