Role Description The General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Olive Branch, MS, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that service delivery meets company standards for quality, safety, and compliance. This role leads and develops cross-functional teams, manages budgets and resource allocation, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, packaging, distribution, and related services. The General Manager collaborates closely with senior leadership to set operational goals, track performance metrics, and implement strategies that support customer satisfaction and business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring workflow efficiency, resolving operational issues, ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality requirements, and maintaining a safe, high-performing work environment.
