Duties

• Greet customers warmly at the drive-thru window or counter, providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude
• Take accurate orders using POS systems ensuring quick and efficient transactions
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and food handling responsibilities with precision and integrity
• Assist in food preparation and assembly to uphold quality standards and food safety regulations
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly approach
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces, kitchen stations, and equipment following health guidelines
• Support food industry operations by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth restaurant flow during busy hours

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire; understanding of sanitation standards is essential
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
