Duties

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries with attention to detail.
- Assist veterinary staff with patient intake and preparation for examinations.
- Educate clients on proper pet care, vaccination schedules, and preventive health measures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology, animal anatomy, and husbandry practices is beneficial.
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and laboratory procedures is a plus.
