As a RoofMaxx Technician, you’ll be responsible for applying the RoofMaxx soy-based roof rejuvenation treatment to asphalt shingle roofs. You’ll play an important part in helping customers extend the life of their roofs, reduce waste, and contribute to sustainable roofing solutions. This role involves hands-on fieldwork, teamwork, and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport, set up, and operate RoofMaxx spray and cleaning equipment.
• Prepare roofs for application by cleaning, blowing off debris, and making minor repairs.
• Apply RoofMaxx treatment evenly and efficiently, following manufacturer and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites.
• Document project details and progress using the company CRM. (Acculynx)
• Communicate with the production team and customers to ensure satisfaction and efficiency.
• Track and report time, materials, and job notes accurately.
• Attend ongoing safety and skill training sessions. Assist with other roofing and maintenance tasks as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comfortable working at heights and on roofs in varying conditions.
• Experience with small equipment (compressors, sprayers, drills, etc.) preferred.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available if not yet obtained).
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail are a must!
