- Educate families on financial protection strategies (life insurance, living benefits, and retirement basics)
- Share financial literacy through guided conversations, workshops, and virtual or in-person appointments
- Build and maintain client relationships through phone calls, Zoom meetings, and scheduled appointments
- Participate in structured training, mentorship, and ongoing leadership development
- Take ownership of your growth while working within a supportive, mission-driven team
Important Details (Please Read Carefully)
- This is a commission-based, 1099 business opportunity
- State insurance licensing is required (we provide step-by-step guidance and support)
- New agents should expect to invest time in studying, training, and personal development, especially at the beginning
- Most agents start part-time while transitioning

Requirements
- Must currently reside in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, DC
- Willingness and ability to obtain a state insurance license(Applicants should be prepared to invest approximately $200–$400 for licensing and background requirements)
- Coachable, self-motivated, and consistent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 18 years old with valid ID
- No prior insurance experience required (training provided)
